A property owner, who has indicated interest in selling and who has consented to be contacted and to put their property on the market via Lead Engine SA’s carefully selected, qualified and accredited Property Practitioners.

No. We do not accept leads from active estate agents.
Once your lead has been verified and secured, payment will be deposited into your nominated bank account.
If we cannot verify your lead, we will let you know. If the seller decides to sell later, please contact us urgently. Your lead will remain on record.
Lead Engine SA will contact you and provide a reference number.
No. You may submit as many leads as you wish.
No. We require your details so we can communicate with you and arrange payment if your lead is verified.
Verification takes a minimum of 3 business days once the seller has been contacted and agrees to put the property on the market with one of Lead Engine SA’s selected qualified and accredited Property Practitioners.
